I ordered a magazine over 4 months ago and have not yet received it. Worse, I have submitted two "help Desk"inquiries and received no response other than a canned "thank you for your inquiry, we'll get back within 3-5 business days". That was 2 weeks ago.
I previously had a problem with this company but they resolved it fairly quickly. Unfortuntately I used them again and now I regret it.
The next step is a credit card dispute.
Don't bother dealing with this company.
