Complaint / review text:
Ordered Southern Living Magazine and was charged on 9.06.07. As of today 12.28.07 still no magazine. Contacted by email (only option) on 10.29.07 and received the following response:
For Southern Living (#421071)
We apologize for the non delivery per your subscription
order. Please note that your magazine (s) was placed
through a subscription clearing house, they are behind
with delivery. Please be advised your subscription will
arrive within 3-5 weeks and your year does not begin
until you receive your first issue. If you do not receive your magazine by this date, please let us know. We will be more than happy to help you.
I found consumer complaints this week while looking for a camcorder. I wish I had looked a little harder for this site before ordering the magazine.
