I tried to use them for a month and they only gave me long distance numbers to get access. I called to cancel and they tried to give me a free months service. I explained that I could not use it with long distance numbers. After finally getting it through to them I wanted to cancel I got a confirmation number. Then I see they have been charging my credit card number for the past four months anyway. I have called repeatedly and get the same "you have already cancelled" comment. Now they are saying I have another account! Why would I have two accounts for 1 computer and why would I cancel only one account???!!! They were rude to my credit card rep that tried to call them on the charges and I still don't know that the charges will stop. They keep you on hold forever and no one speaks english well enough to understand what they are telling you. I heard kids crying in the background and they denied there were children in the "office". I had them on speaker phone and my co-workers heard it all. I work at a University and we are sending out to all students to stay away from People PC!!!
