Wq offered free long distance minutes for the first month and then would charge for each additional month for 1000 minutes per month. Able to cancel anytime if not satified. The catch is did not send card with infomation and after 4 or 5 months received credit card charges for 4 months on one statement. I called them what are all these charges. They told me that i took their offer a few months ago, they had it recorded that i am liable for payments and if want to cancel the service.
I could but they could only give me credit for 1 month. And to make happy they would send me out the card with the infomation so that i could the service with 5000 minutes but i have until dec 16 th to use. This was back in july. I waited a few more weeks, i got nothing so i called them again and finally received the card at the end of sept. 2003.
This is their scam. They sige you up don't send you anything and finally will bill you for 4 months at one time and only give you credit for i month. Some one has to stop this con artist.
