Blood suckers somehow are getting access to more than one credit card account internet

This company started monthly charges on my Capital One credit card some time ago. I called and questioned the charges and they wanted me to give them my SS# (for security purposes). I figured they had enough information already to be troublesome so I refused to give it. They refused to cancel their "service" and so I cancelled the credit card account. All was well until several months later a charge showed up on a business card account (totally separate account but still at Capital One).

I called them and gave them my credit card number (since they obviously already had it). The person on the phone explained that for several months the credit card charges had not been going through. He was unable to explain how they got the new card number. He did let slip the name that was supposedly on the "free" credit report, which I have never heard of anyone with that name. I explained that I did not authorize the service and instructed him to terminate them. He refused, saying that someone on the account must have (no one did).

I ended up having to cancel that credit card account also (major inconvenience for the business). This time I am filing a fraud report with the FTC and also disputing the charges with the bank. I will fight until The charge is reversed. This company is stealing money from people and no one but the victims seem to care for some reason. The people running the company should be put behind bars. The FTC won a class action suit against them for activities during the 2003 period but why weren't they legally prosecuted for criminal activity?
