Temeculavalley ripoff dishonest takes payments and does not provide promised services

I own a hair salon in lake elsinore. I advertised in local newspapers, and the owner of temeculavalley.Biz, Chris Schaal contacted me so he could place my advertising of my hair salon on his web site. He came to my business and showed me his advertising plan as well as pricing. We agreed to a price plan and i gave him a check for $700.00 which he quickly cashed.

This was at the end of January. He assured me the advertising would be posted on temeculavalley.Biz within a week.

To date, april 16 no advertising and no return phone calls have been made. He emailed me 3 weeks ago advising me of some personal problems and told me he would refund me my money by Saturday. 3 weeks later still nothing
