There was a nice looking hair salon in my neighborhood called "Hair It Is" which had coupons in a local advertising magazine for low-priced haircuts for $10 for adults which were regularly $13.00. I decided to try them since I couldn't get to my regular girl that day. I thought, "Great. A salon near me that charges a bargain for haircuts close in price to my regular girl".
Boy was I wrong!
After the stylist was finished cutting and styling my hair, I went to the receptionist to pay my bill. I was floored when she said $24.00 after I gave her my coupon expecting to pay $10.00. I asked to see the manager, but she refused to honor what the price should have been for a haircut.
Luckily, I had the money with me and was able to pay the overcharged price.
Needless to say, I never went back to that salon again! I will not use a salon that advertises a low price for a service, but charges you more than what they advertised.
Ripoff!
