Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed this order #30834105 (SKU: 202220629 Creative Labs Fatal1ty 1010 Mouse) on Dec-06 at buy.com web store,
And they shipped it to me after Jan-04, and it was delivered on Jan-10 (35 days later), (UPS Tracking# 1Z4E076Y0300018248)
Because of their awfully late shipment, I missed the deadline for my rebate submission. And Creative denied my rebate application saying that my rebate did not meet the requirement of postmark date.
When I tried to reach buy.com customer service all i got was an automated reply. After 7-8 emails finally they sent me an email, they say;
"Please note if you feel that you have been denied your rebate in error, please contact the manufacturer directly to rectify the mistake"
My question is:
Should it be regarded as normal to receive an item 35 days later after purchase made, the weird thing is the company's address is 2 hours drive away from me.instead of accepting their fault they are trying to stall off me.
