I ordered a power adapter cord and was initially charged $60 over the retail cost on my credit card! I asked why and they said I should have returned the old power cord (actually I only got the part which connects to the computer, not the cord which attaches to the power outlet). This was not a warranty part and I was not doing an exchange!
They would not give me credit on my charge card! I could have purchased TWO cords for what I was charged!
