On April 2nd I found the same fraudulent pending transaction of 12.95 posted as a debit to my checking account. I have the same bank and live in the same state. The bank told me the same thing they told you. They cannot stop the pending charge or further investigate until it hits the account as a permanent charge. (kind of makes me wonder what the use of a pending charge is.)
After the charge goes permanent I have to call again to get the paper work to remove the transaction. I am dissapointed the bank would not take it from here. They should not ask their customers to work this hard. My first phone call should have been enough. The bank did however cancle my debit card immediately before any future fraudulent charges appear. I would suggest you do the same.
I did a WhoIs domain name search of INTERNETLOGOS.com and found they are registered with MCI for their domain name. I am guessing authorities can catch this rodent if they contact MCI communications.
