I ordered a power cord for my Gateway NX860XL. I have ordered from them before and had no problems with the cords. The new cord I received did not lock in place and fell out. I returned the cord so they could check it. Of course, they said the cord worked fine. It is strange how I order a cord from another company that works fine. Mundo blamed it on my computer. I think they rip people of on the 35% return fee. Do not order from them because if you have a promblem they are always right. Bad customer service.
