Pay Pay froze acc. Take from back nsf? Rude to me said i need to give reciepts

Complaint Description:
company has sezed my money for no reason, i have tried multiple times to call and resoulve, but with no resolution. Company wants me to provide reciepts on items that are being sold as used and that i have owned for years,? Funds of 800.00 are at stake, customer from my ebay sales have recieved there items why can i have my money? And the continue to with draw from my account (bank) and cause nsf so fare 100.00 mark, lake worth florida...
