Website is very hard to navigate and they steal people's money!

I'd put up an internet site through www.gate.com, a website hosting company. The web site worked okay in the beginning. Going back 8 weeks my site hasn't worked and that I approached gate.com many times to solve the problem. Every time, they explained they were sending my demand for their technical assistance division. After about 2 weeks of the web site operating, I requested them to stop my bill. I had been being billed regular and that I told them that I had been no further thinking about with them like a hosting business. I discussed why plus they stated they'd stop my bill. 2 weeks later I realized that I'd 2 costs from their store, one for every month. I expected them to stop my bill again, and informed them they must have terminated it 2 weeks before. They extended getting my card. Lastly, a couple weeks before I sent them again, and that I obtained a verification mail stating that my consideration was terminated about the 12th of March. About the 21st of March, a cost from gate.com arrived through on my banking account again. I eventually quit and went into my lender and needed to spot an end cost on all dealings out of this organization and that I needed to obtain a fresh Credit bank card having a diverse quantity. A few hours after I acquired my new card, gate.com sent me and apologized and stated that my consideration was terminated (AGAIN) and stated they'd return the final cost to my card on document. I won't observe that cash since I improved my card range and that I won't provide them with the info for my new charge card. This can be a horrible company that's not structured and it has no idea what's happening. There has to be deficiencies in conversation. Their site is clearly very difficult to understand plus they grab peopleis cash. When they desired to make amends, they'd have to return my cash going back 8 weeks of support, because my site did not work on all throughout that period.
