I have tried to contact Ebay for some remediation of my items that I paid for in October, but have still not recieved.
I have contacted the sellers and asked for a tracking number - and got nowhere with that - then opened a case with Ebay for some resolution to the matter -
The cases were closes even though I tried to get further clarity - and then I sent an email to their customer services department and still have not recieved any feedback from them.
I am very upset as I paid a lot of money for the items and the shipping costs.
This is unacceptable for an international website to provide such poor customer service.
