Paypal froze my account after I sold two PS3's on ebay. They buyers paid me my money via paypal. Paypal sent me a list of around things I needed to do to unfreeze my account so that I could recieve my money.
I sent them everything they requested. Then they came back saying that they needed confirmation from the buyers by email that they recieved their items.
I recieved confirmation from UPS that my items were recieved. I tried to send that to paypal and they will not accept it.
Pretty much if the buyers never send the email, it sounds like I will never recieve my money and I do not know what to do. I have sent paypal several emails and they will not respond to any of them.
This is right before Christmas. I have two kids that I need to buy groceries for and I am broke. My rent is also late. I need this money to survive this month. Please someone help me.
