[email protected] no response to serval E-Mail inquiry's... Took my money and didn't deliver product... No response after the first, the download would begin " (usually within one hour)"

I ordered 'Word for Mac' on line from www.freewebstore.org/birthofbooks a payment of 52.99 was moved from my bank immediately.

I received an e-mail response in a few moments saying the program will be downloaded via your email address (Usually well within! Hour).

The next morning (8/301) their was no email. I sent a note Questioning ware was my program, and since it wasn't sent I demanded a refund. No Response

8/31 I tried again by demanding a refund and telling this co. I would report to anybody that would listen
No Response
