Ripoff business will not refund $99 even though they advertise refund, can not contact, no response to emails or phone calls California

This work at home data entry company offers a refund but when requested no answer to emails and phone calls. I have not made any income following exactly their instructions. I have worked at the program for 60 days.

After not hearing from them about earnings, I emailed and called and have not gotten any response. They advertise a refund but you can not contact them to receive it. I have requested a refund also through clickbank who they use for earnings and have not heard anything from them either.
