I purchased the E-stealth program from this website and it did not work on my phone. I opened a support ticket and the "Customer support rep" told me they would issue a refund as quickly as possible. I waited 30 days and no refund appeared. I emailed support and asked again about my refund. They told me the refund request had been sent to the refund department and that I would get my refund as quickly as possible. I waited another 30 days and by this time I was pretty annoyed. I emailed support again and asked about my refund and asked for a phone number so I could talk to a live person... I got no response. I think they just wanted me to wait long enough that I couldn't file a complaint with my credit card company. I still have not recieved a response or a refund to this day. It has been like 8 months now. Do not purchase anything from this company... If there is anything wrong with it they will not give your money back. If you just have extra cash to burn send it to me instead of giving it to these ripoff artists.
