Requested refund of product in accordance with terms agreement in the amount of $99.00 dollars failed to receive a response

Purchased program for $99 initial instalation failed finally received response to download error. Program is not a 5 minute a day easy to use program. I am unable to utilize application and it will not benefit me in anyway. As stated I had a substaintial timeframe in order to request a refund. I have done so and have failed to receive either a response not have I been issued credit. Do not want any further billing.
