Ripoff DO NOT PURCHASE You will not be refunded if you decide to return it

I am just writing to let everyone know that I purchased the PremiereTradeAI software back on October 3. I retuned it as described and within the terms of the contract for the 100% money back guarantee. It has (so far) been 5 1/2 months and still no refund. I have called them probably 50 times and each time the response is the same: "Your refund is in queue. I don't have any more information than that. No I can't transfer you to billing. No I can't transfer you to management. I don't really have any information. Call back in 2 weeks." Every week I call and I get the exact, almost scripted, response. There is no one available to handle escalated situations. I asked the Customer Service rep, the same one I get each and every time by the way, who I can speak with about this and he said, "me. You can only talk to me."

I recommend that people *DO NOT PURCHASE* this software to begin with. There are plenty of other trading software packages out there to investigate without the run around and hassle of trying to get a simple refund or decent Customer Service. A good rule of thumb is that if the Customer Service is bad then the underlying company is probably bad. Especially if you specifically point out the situatiuon and they have no procedure or interest to resolve it.

If anyone has any information of how to get ahold of ANYONE within that organization besides receptionist or Customer Service please let me know.
