Ripoff Company Won't Issue Refund As Promised

Beware of this Company at all costs. I attended one of their seminars and bought their software with the promise that I could "Return the software within 15 days for a full immediate refund no questions asked".
I found the software to be terrible and after several days of working with it decided to return it.

I called 10 days after the purchase and told them I was returning the software and they issued RMA#10577483 on October 12. On Novemeber 6 they still have not issued the refund.

After several calls to customer service, I was told my materials were received on October 16 and my refund was "in process". Today, I was told that "they take up to 30 days to issue refunds by check and that I should receive my refund sometime after November 16!"

I guess they think it is ok to use my money and not pay me interest. And I have no reason to believe they will ever send me a refund!

I reported this to the my credit card company and have filed a disputed claim.

However, I encourage everyone to read all of the complaints about this company and beware. There are much better resources and quality companies out that stand behind their products and the statements of their sales people and do not try to rip off customers or withhold refunds.
