I attended the PremiereTradeAI free preview on Oct. 16 during which I paid for the software package, by credit card. According the agreement I returned the package after two weeks of the trial period.
Ever since then, I have been calling their advisors at least once a month, speaking to either "Terence" or "David" - they refused to give their last names - but all I get are vague replies that they have a lot of backlogs, and to call back in 3 to 4 weeks' time.
I have also sent email to the following addresses and have not got any response so far:

I sent my claim in BBB and there is a reply from them
As Premier Trade has not offered specific information as to the disposition of your refund, we have notified the company that their response does not adequately resolve the complaint and your complaint is being closed as unresolved.
It is now over 7 months and I still have not got my refund
