Good sales, horrible customer service

I had purchased a laptop, antivirus, and microsoft office software from microcenter in May because I'm taking summer classes. Not even 2 weeks after buying this hp laptop, it wouldn't turn on. I returned the hp laptop for a toshiba laptop because a friend of mine had a similiar problem with their hp laptop. When I wanted to exchange the software customer service told me there's no need because I just have to call microsoft to put it on a different laptop. When I could not figure out the number or get the software, I had to go back to microcenter (3 trips in 2 weeks..) I had to wait a long time to finally have them not find the number either and I had to exchange the software anyway. They didn't have the software I bought and all the other ones were at least 10 dollars more (when I tried to exchange a few days before there was some but nobody knew what they were talking about in customer service). I needed the software that night for class, so I paid 10 dollars more. Then the customer service had the nerve to tell me I was so lucky they actually let me return software. Ya I'm the customer YOU're lucky that I wasted my money, time, and gas on that place. Customer service is horrible, I went through like 4 different employees and had to explain to each of them my problem. Ugh then I emailed the manager and no response. Just adds to how much microcenter disgusts me.
