I've been dealing with Mediacom for that handed year or two to solve my continuing problem with web rates. I've actually named the 800-number 60-70 situations within the approved couple of years. I've had tech-support at my house atleast 12-15 times. Our web rate issue has just been set briefly a few occasions. It's a continuing period. I've had calls not delivered, I've had many preservation calls planned when no body arrived by with no one named to see me there have been not likely to be below. I'd one event the planned phone was between 10am and 5 pm. My spouse waited in the house-all evening simply to welcome a guy at our doorway at 10 after 5 and also the guy stated, “the issues would be the traces outside, I'll exchange the concept towards the linemen.” I've had enough watts / the support, therefore today I've chose to seek the web for individuals to contact.
