Dismal customer service is interfering with my business

I have PsychReport software created by this company. Consistenly, their customer service is unresponsive... It can take hours to get someone on line for help. This time, after 3 days of trying to get customer support - and now, after 3 hours of waiting online for someone to come on with no response, I am writing. The software, while adequate for my practice - actually providedmore thanI need - is now not working at all. And as I said, waiting 3 hours today, waiting 1 1/2 on Wednesday and 2 hours on Thursday. I have called, sent emails... Still no response... And software I can not use... The software is only as good as its useability... And right now... Not useable at all. Be forewarned!!!
