I decided to sign up today for a good ringtone website since I get tired of paying almost $3 for every one I download. I bought the 1 year subscription for $28.33. It's not THAT expensive, but I was really expecting more out of this company. The ringtones are not really ringtones, in fact, they are too large (the file size) for my phones and you can only listen to them as a 30 second mp3. The wallpapers don't work either. I have tried several methods in getting these "ringtones" to work, but I'm having no luck.
I have tried contacting the tech support, but haven't received anything yet. I wish I could get a refund, but I highly doubt that will happen since I've read about some other people not getting their money back. I've tried the WAP method and USB cable; neither work.
I did receive my links, but the problem is that the tones are way too long/large for my phones or probably any phones in that case. I double-checked to be sure at least one of my phones were on the supported list and my Motorola Razr V3 was listed. This is very disappointing since I just gave my money away, but hopefully this won't happen again. I'll research my companies better.
