I ordered a 1 year subscription from Funtonia to download ringtones. I did receive the text message, but my phone does not connect to wap. Funtonia.com. The only other option is to get it through my computer, which I am also unable to do.
Since I was unable to download the song I wanted, I emailed customer service requesting a refund. I emailed them the same day I had ordered the subscription. Their website said I would get a response within 48 hours. They never responded. I sent a second email telling them I expected a refund in full and to be contacted within 48 hours. After reading other reports, I highly doubt I will even get a response, much less a refund. This company is a ripoff and are taking people's money and not delivering anything in return. Do not download ringtones from this company!
