Absolutely poor customer service on a mishap caused by the store Miami Internet

I had a terrible experience with this online store and they simply ignored my multiple attempts to communicate to them how frustrated and stressed I had been because of their lack of any response to my emails and poor service.

Here is the feedback I sent them and I did not receive any response.

I am sending this feedback as last resort to let you know how frustrated and unsatisfied I was with my first order with 2buystore.com.

This is the last time I will repeat myself regarding the problem I experienced with 2buystore.com. If you refuse to address this issue or reply to this feedback, that's fine. But I will do my job as an e-commerce consumer to let others know your store is not a good place to shop.

Just to summarize, I placed my order through your online store on 6/22/02 for Canon S900 Photo Printer. You charged my credit card on 6/24/02 for the printer. And then, I received a package from you on 6/26/02. But it was a Brothers Fax machine. So I contacted your store (I believe I spoke to Jessica at that time) and arranged for UPS to pick up the Brothers Fax from our mailroom and got the impression from her that my correct printer will be shipped to me promptly.

Next day (6/27), I received an email from Sheilla with a tracking number. I'd thought this was for my printer, but later I realized that it was for the wrong shipment to be picked up by UPS. After waiting a couple of days, I called the customer service and spoke with Jessica on the status for my printer. She told me that I had to wait for the wrong shipment to be received by your warehouse in PA before you can ship the correct product. I said this is unfair and ridiculous since the "mistake" was on your part, not mine. She promised to ship out my printer with faster delivery service, so I waited few more days.

Then still not receiving any information on the status of my order, "I" contacted your customer service again on 7/3/02 and spoke with Sheilla. She assured me that the correct printer had been shipped out the day before, but she didn't have the tracking number for it yet. I waited for the tracking number from her, but only received it after sending her an email on 7/5/02. Her email came on 7/8/02.

I tracked the shipment and found out that it was not even shipped out until 6pm on 7/3/02 when Sheilla assured me that it was shipped out the day before (7/2).

To make the long story short, I finally received the correct printer on 7/8/02,16 days after placing my order. And you did NOT use a faster service to deliver the correct product. (it was sent via Fed Ex Ground).

I am complaining about the fact that:

- I always had to contact the customer service and 'hassle' you before receiving any updates on the status of my order when it was 2buystore.com that caused this mishap.

- any mishaps can happen, but the way 2buystore.com handled this was extremely unprofessional.

- my order was time-sensitive. I had promised my sister-in-law that I would print out few pictures for her before she leaves the country. Yet 2buystore.com failed to make up for their mistake by not following up with plans to remedy the problem. Now I have to ship the printouts to her internationally.

- I have sent an email to Sheilla on 7/8 asking her to reply with some kind of statement as to how 2buystore.com can compensate for my loss of time, energy and opportunity. But as of 6:32pm today, I have received no reply whatsoever.

I hope this feedback will bring a clear message of how unsatisfied, stressed and frustrated I have been over this order.

If you decide not to reply to this email, that is completely up to you. But I hope you will handle this feedback seriously and professionally at your managerial level.
