Last Friday, I ordered an HP 5525dn Printer from the HP Store. I paid $109.99 extra to have it shipped overnight for Monday delivery. The shipment never arrived. On Monday, I complained that I had paid for overnight service and not received it. I asked for a credit for the shipping (which I received) but apparently, by doing that, the whole order went awry. I have never seen the printer and have been passed from person to person to person in the Phillipines who all are so sorry, but have never been able to find the shipment or instigate sending me a new printer.
