On Saturday January 28th I ordered a PS250 credit card printer from this on line company (You may have to check the correct website address). The information on line accepted my order via credit card and showed the product in stock. On Feb. 3rd I still had not received the printer and called. I was switched to several people and finally told they were waiting on some parts for those units and they had just come in. I demanded they ship faster than regular ups ground because they had already cost us several extra days without the printer. I was told I would get the printer on Tueasdayt Feb. 7th. Still haven't received printer. Faulty advertising and poor customer service. Don't deal with this on line vendor!!!
