I ordered phentermine from worldshippingmeds.com back on December 1st of 2006 the order was $359. It was suppossed to take from 15-22 days to receive my order but a month went by and didn't receive anything.
This is when I realized that this company only had e-mail to contact them, there is no phone # or address. I always try to be careful where I order stuff from online, but I guess I was kind of naive because I actually went to phentermine.com and this was suppossed to be one of the "trusted" sites to order phentermine from.
Well, I started e-mailing customer support and did get e-mails back within 2-3 days saying that maybe due to the holidays I didn't receive my order, then more time went by and nothing. I e-mailed them again this time asking to re-ship the order. They said they couldn't due to "problems with the merchant" so I asked for a refund. I filled out a refund form and was told that they would respond promptly on the desicion. Two weeks later I still had no answer, that's when I tried to contact their "live chat".
After waiting for a looooong time someone came to talk to me. I asked about my order and was told " i'm sorry i have just been informed that we can no longer issue refunds from the merchant who took care of your order." WHAT??? WORLDSHIPPINGMEDS.com is where I ordered from and they were the ones who denied me the refund due to Merchant problems? They took my money and now basically all they tell me is that I am on my own. I spent $359. And they took it, now the are not willing to do anything for me.
PLEASE! DO NOT ORDER FROM WORLDSHIPPINGMEDS.com OR ANY OTHER "TRUSTED WEBSITE FROM PHENTERMINE.com" They will take your money and live you hanging. I called my bank to file a dispute and they are actually the ones who will refund my money. Now that't good customer service and good business. But do not waist your time with this websites online most of them are a scam when it comes to prescription meds.
