As the old saying goes, "If it is too good to be true, it usually is." I responded to a newspaper article two years ago about Jim Ray and Web Presence of Hobart, Indiana developing free websites to select (20) small businesses. I was fortunate (or so I thought) to receive a free site development from Jim based on my business. Boy was I wrong. I would have been better off paying for the service from another reputtable developer.
The development started out great and my website looked terrific. Although the website was free for life, I did pay for enhanced search engine development. To date, I have received very little contact or sales from my site. Apparently the search option I paid for does not work.
Now that Web Presence is out of business, I cannot receive business e-mails and all of my business cards, brochures, etc., tell customers to contact me via that address. I have tried repeatedly for the past week to contact Jim Ray to have my website and e-mail security addresses unlocked so that I can have a new site developed without having to start over.
If you are reading this Jim Ray, please COMMUNICATE!!!
