My order for a 3-month supply of 37.5 mg Phentermine was received and approved on March 8.By March 15, I hadn't rec'd any contact regarding the shipment of my order, so I emailed customer service. They responded on the 16th saying the following: "Dear Customer,

We wanted to be proactive and let you know that your phentermine order will be delayed due to supply issues at the pharmacy level. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you. We will do our best to ship your order to you within 10-15 days. Your medication will ship in the order it was received and will arrive to you via FedEX as promised.

Please bear with us while we get through this as the supply for this medication is limited at this time.
We do value your business and appreciate your patience.
Thank You."

I got another email on the 28th of March stating the following:
"Dear Online Pharmacy Customer,

We are very sorry for the delay in your Phentermine order. We realize that you have been very patient and been awaiting the arrival of your order. Unfortunately, there is currently a nationwide Phentermine shortage. We are trying to get caught up as quickly as possible.

Please be assured that your order will be filled and we will ship it to you within the next 5-7 days. We appreciate your patience, understanding and your business. We will do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Thank you."

On April 12, I got the following email:

"Thank you for your Phentermine order. We are trying our best to ship your order to as soon as possible. We are experiencing a nationwide Phentermine shortage and this has slowed down our production of shipments. Your order will be delayed 7 to 10 business days. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Customer Service"

Then, I got an email on April 21 stating the following:

"Dear Customer,
We are writing you to let you know that we are experiencing a nationwide
shortage of Phentermine. Due to this shortage your order has been
delayed. We would like you to know that you are a valued customer and we are doing
all we can do to expedite your order to you.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact customer support by calling toll free

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to cs. [email protected]
with your name and order number (20950234) and we
will cancel your order for you and refund your credit card. Credit card refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to post to your account. Again, we sincerely apologize for this delay and will do our utmost to get
your order to you as soon as possible.

Sorry for the Inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

This email was sent after I had already requested a refund, which was on April 12. I got another email on April 27 stating: "We will cancel your order and you will receive a refund (refunds takes from 3-5 business depending of the bank.)."

Meanwhile, 12 business days later, I have received no refund! I sent another email on May 4 stating that I hadn't received my refund and got no response. I called the 800 number today and was told that no one activated my refund, but that they would. I am filing this report because this company is obviously out to steal money. When I realized that my phentermine was not going to be shipped to me, I ordered another 3 month supply of 37.5 mg phentermine from another online pharmacy and received it 4 days later. There is no nationwide shortage of phentermine. Do not order from this company!!!
