I found "The Laptop Guy" on the internet, it looked like a good business to repair my Dell 600m inspiron which was broken. I mailed my laptop in to their company.
They called me and said that they did not really know what was wrong with the laptop, and that it probably needed a new motherboard. I asked them to send it back to me so I could get a second opinion.
A couple of weeks later, no laptop. I call them and get the tracking number. It turns out the laptop was supposedly delivered a week or two before, the day after thanksgiving. They just left the laptop on my doorstep for all to see instead of waiting for someone to sign for it.
My laptop was stolen and The Laptop Guy took no responsibility for not requiring a signature. They ignored my complaints for weeks, and finally when I got a hold of someone, they told me that they WOULD NOT REFUND my money, and the only way they would compensate me is by sending me another broken laptop. So I paid almost $50 dollars to have my laptop and all of my data lost by this incompetant company.
AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS! Have your laptop repaird by a reputable company that respects their customers instead.
