My $3300.00 MacBookPro broke after 4 weeksof use w / AppleCare Protection Warrenty. After 17 days waiting for its return I was told "we don't know how long it will be perhaphs you can purchase another (referbished) one. After every call I was told the part has been ordered its on its way. But the part had never been ordered I was told it was being expidited in 2 separate phone calls. When I reported to them that I am an unsatisfied customer I was disconnected twice once by a evens at the AppleCare Protection help line.
