After a dozen trips to my inconveniently located Apple Store (and two others) my problem— my iPhone does not sync with my computer— was finally supposedly sent to an engineer, but nothing was done so I was told to call Apple Care. I did and spent over 3 hours talking on the phone to "senior supervisors" doing time-comuming thing, but they never called back when they had promised to, so I am still stuck with an iPhone and new Air that don't sync properly. Apple does not stand-by its products and AppleCare is useless.
