Took funds out of my acct, Surprisingly, When I thought I was going to pay rent! Ripoff Internet

Well, I did not recall signing up for the Computer Club. Although, I had thought about it, and was going to check into it. My son could use a better computer since he is in college. It was one of those days that you feel like you just need a little bit a help. Just a positive push... But, as I was reading along. Oh! I seen 'memebership fee', and I knew that I could not afford it on this check, So I clicked it off.

Yes, Stupid me, did not clear it first. But yet I did not elec sign anything, just knowing that Rent was due! (By the way. My Computer Club was NOT in bold print, it appeared to be more like a survey offer and like I said, I clicked it off in the midst of filling out most of the imformation. I did not get a confirming email, like most sites do. When you utilize the site. They are hooked up with playersvacation as well as eclubusa.

Well, one weekend, I had been watching my acct, because of other activity going on, and on that Monday, it should be ALL good for me to work with. Shocked when I checked my acct, There went 44.50. Out of my acct and into their hands. My first thought was "What I am going to tell the landlord?" What was I going to do?

Well, luckily I have done some research on Payday Loans, and well, that is what I had to do, and according to California Law, there is only a limit. Granted, 44.50 is not a whole lot of money, but when you are counting on it to be available to you. I actually 'lost it'. And figured. Well, you know, if my money that I work hard for can just go fly out the window, I might as well have some of that kind of fun too.

I called my bank, and I called 'My Computer Club.' LOL. They said that I did have 30 days to cancel, and since I was within the 30 days of signing up but yet the money was not taken out until 2 weeks into that 30 days. How about that one? No confirming email, then, all of sudden funds taken out of your acct and then they said that they would send me a refund check and that it could take up to 21 days. I tell you at that time, I pretty much cleared the acct of the majority of the funds, and I bought food for the house.

Lately it just seems that things have been happening to me, that I just do not have control of, and I was at a point, where I could start to take a hold of things and step foreward. I was starting to wonder. "When Will this End?"

I did pay the rent with what I had left over, along with a couple payday loans. And by the way, I just deposited the check, but on the bottom of their little statement of Req of Refund, it does say that if I should decide to implement a reversal of charges on my acct, after receiving the check, legal prosecution action will be taken against me to the Fullest! That was the first thing that I did, was to let my bank know that I want to file a complaint. That sure does sound alittle fishy to me for them to even mention something like that in their notice of req for a refund, and not sorry for losing you as a customer!

I am the type of person that will give 'them' the benefit of the doubt, and waited for the 21 days before filing the complaint with the bank. Pls be careful out there. I learned, and am still learning!

Peace!
