Ripoff, Extremely CRIMINAL, unprofessional deceptive, incompetent business practices

I had ordered merchandise over a month ago - at the end of September. When I hadn't seen the items (artificial Aquarium coral), I called to do a follow up. I had received 3 items out of 16 not once but 2 times.

Not only did the company cash the $341 check that I had sent, but adding insult to injury, they claimed that I was making up the fact that I didn't receive the merchandise. It was these imbeciles who failed to arrange for a signature upon delivery with the shipper and also who fouled up the order. They called me a liar when they made the mistake.

When I called to rectify the matter I asked who signed for it, they didn't have an answer. They'd claimed that they were going to have the shipper do an investigation which would take 1 to 8 days, AFTER I'D PAID THEM!

After I called them and told them about their mistake, they were making excuses and fabricating stories like "maybe someone stole the merchandise" then, "we have in our delivery log that the items were in fact delivered onto the back porch". Then it was the front porch.

They subsequently stated that I said that maybe someone stole the merchandise. Then sent me another e-mail claiming that I was pointing fingers and fabricating lies. Now they're reporting me to my local authorities and don't want to do business with me again. Well this is one thing upon which we both definately agree.

I know what I ordered because I have the receipts as well as the photos of the dups that I did receive. Bear in mind that I was calling them to try and be an honest consumer offering to send back the duplicates. It didn't occur to the inept alleged CEO to ask me to return the duplicates until I posed the question to him. Then they adopted the stance that they were not going to send me the balance of the order until they received the duplicates - AFTER I'D PAID THEM! Thus, they were holding merchandise for ransom, while calling me - the customer, a liar.

When I called them and stated that I would sue they proceeded to tell me that I received some of the pieces of artificial coral as well as a pump which I never did receive, and that they didn't appreciate the threatening phone call. I merely said that I was going to make the call a real short one and that if I didn't see the coral in a certain amount of time I was taking it to court. Then in their infinite ignorance, they antagonized me to go ahead and sue. If I don't see the coral in 3 more days, I will proceed to file suit.

What I think is happening is that there are some employees who are stealing within the company. So I want to make it clear that this is an extremely unprofessional operation who exercise deceptive and irresponsible business practices. I want my money back in full or the balance of the order and I want them placed on a list so they can't do this to somebody else. Beware unsuspecting buyers because they also bought off auction. Coms and so-called arbitrators with whom they claimed agreed with them after they finished scamming the customer.

The employees at this business are the dumbest morons with whom I've ever done business! I am firm in my stance because I know I'm right.in this case, the customer is definately right because I have the documentation to prove it.

Don't worry SeaCorals, you aren't hurting me anymore, just yourselves because I have a host of consumer advocacy groups to whom to report and this is just the beginning. So if you want to keep the threatening dialog going over e-mail or push the issue by trying to get me in trouble, keep it up - you're just giving me more ammunition that I can hand over to my attorney.in the future, get your facts straight.
