I purchased $116 worth of merchandise from this company and I only live 2 hours away from them. I ordered on 1/11 and after almost two weeks of not receiving anything I called them. They told me the item was out of stock and I selected an alternate choice. This was on 1/26 and they seai it would be sent that day. It is now over a week later and they still have not sent my merchandise. I have sent numerous emails and recived a different excuse every time.
I've tried calling again but the phone is constantly busy. These people are the worst kind of store, they take your money and don't send your merchandise. Stay away from them and save yourself the money and the headache. They have an F rating with The Better Business Bureau and I have filed a report with them and The NC state Attorney General's Office. Do not use this company! Avoid at all cost!!
