I cancel the account with Ameriplan usa and they are still taking money out of my account and now it has costed me about 470.00 and I still can not get them to cancel the account with them and I want all of my money back.
I called this morning and the lady would not let me talk to someone in charge and I told her that I had cancel the account and she told me that I had not cancel the account.
I have sent a number of emails and now I am having to make long distance call on my phone to cancel the order and they still will not cancel.
These people are a rip off and all they want is your account number so that they can take money from your account with asking.
Please do not give them your account number beacuse they will cause you all kinds of problems with the account.
Please help me to get my money back
