Does not reveal data and offers false info generally!

I'd been with www.Ipower.com and www.Ipowerweb.com from March to March. Throughout the first 10 weeks I didnot have any connection with them since I didnot have any problems. Subsequently in August an associate of mine from another company desired to put up a brand new site and that I suggested Ipower to her and another affiliate. That's once the issues began. From September until March I'd more than 100 e-mail communications with Ipower. First these were down repeatedly throughout the day. Because I'm a shooter I had a need to make certain my customers could easily get to my website once they were searching. Once once they have been along for more than 6 hours they offered me credit for just two weeks. They returned and attempted to bill me for that more hours.

Being Truly A shooter I had been pleased with the quantity of room (10 gigs on a single account and 15 gigs on another consideration) I had been obtaining for that buck. I'd go through their "Conditions and Terms" and did not notice something that might attract attention. And so I believed it'd be considered a great deal.

It got Ipower over fourteen days to deliver me a BILL for that VPS account. I required it about the 8th of July and about the 15th of July they delivered me a statement. I subsequently published back and requested where the bill was. The bill was ultimately supplied in my experience on 28 August.

I eventually quit Ipower about the 2nd of March. They still owe me a $496.00 reimbursement. Yesterday morning my charge card organization with whom I'd contested the ultimate payment on from Ipower approached me. The charge card business desired to understand basically had noticed something concerning the reimbursement Ipower had assured I'd obtain within 5 times of my bill being terminated. I approached Ipower as the charge card business was on the 3-way phone and Ipower mentioned they'd not prepared the paperwork for that refund since somebody had overlooked the reimbursement. Our charge card firm explained they'd provide Ipower till this forthcoming Wednesday to return the cash. When it isnot returned at that time, the charge card business may proceed using the charge-back against Ipower.

Today, 20 March I acquired an answer from Ipower tech-support regarding a problem I last e-mailed about the 28th of June. Obviously I had been very rude towards the tech-support individual who approached me. I told him I'd ended the support with Ipower about the 2nd of March. I mentioned: This mail simply confirms I created the right choice after I chose to eliminate your awful organization due to your bad support. I'd claim that as time goes by you may wish to react in a far more appropriate way to some client's request aid. Oh, incidentally, your mail reply suggests deficiencies in empathy, deficiencies in comprehension, deficiencies in problem and distain for the clients. I'd never employ somebody who treats clients within the way you've answered to my request help."

I wonder if Ipower can get the concept?
