I noticed a trend that our phone bill was higher than usual. I started looking at all the charges on my phone and noticed a charge for $14.99 for an email monthly fee from service provider www.unitedtel.com. I knew that this is in error as our internet provider is our cable company for years and we don't need extra email service. I called this company and someone told me that a person by the name of McIntosh had charged this fee. THe person I spoke with on the phone promised they would reinburse my phone bill for all the charges on our phone bill since February 06 over $100. However, they have not reimbursed the money and they are still charging my phone bill.
I plan to pursue this matter to charge this company to the fullest extent of the law. I will not give up until this is taken care of. The company is UnitedTel, LLC. From my dealings with this company I am positive there business practices are fradulent.
