Unitedtel put charges of 14.95 on my phone bill and they say this has never happened before. Yeah I see there are 2 other reports like mine here. What do you do when this happens? They told me to call my local law enforcement office. Someone stole my name telephone number and address and birthdate and is downloading MP3s for free on me. Great!
My phone company told me to have them reimburse me. They say they are going to. The internet provider of the thief won't give me any information about their customer at all. Yet he has all of my information so he can down load all the MP3s he wants. Where is the justice when companies protect the thieves.
