Overstock auctions allows the selling of replica coach bags on their site. They clearly state in their terms and agreements that this is not allowed but 95% of their buyers are selling these bags on the site and overstock is allowing it.
I contacted overstock about this thru their email address info@overstock. Auctions.com and never heard from anyone. I went as far as to go thru their online chat service and spoke with a whitney who was no help either. She states that most sellers who sell replica bags "slip thru the cracks" and she asked me to send her the item numbers for the bags.
Well, i did not send her each and every item that is sold as replicas because like i stated, 95% of the sellers on overstock are selling coach bags. This representative of overstock did not want to take the time to investigate my concerns at all. I think overstock is wrong for sayin they do not allow the selling of replica's on their site when this is clearly happening. Someone should investigate this company so they will become more serious about this.
Overstock is a rip off!!!
