Scam on items u buy online. They have false advertising and when u return an item u get almost nothing back!

I ordered items off of overstock.com on the website the items looked different and the description was not at all what the item is. When i received the products i opened them to look at them, only to discover junk. I returned all items un used. Overstock is a scam completely i paid 80.00 for an item and only got 20.00 back and the item had never been used. I think this is an issue that needs resolved.
