I purchased a $350.00 futon from Overstock.com after reading very good reviews of the product from their own website. We received it quickly and set it up. Then about 6 weeks later it breaks. We called overstock and they said that after 30 days there is nothing they can do.
Beware of purchasing furniture from Overstock.com because they can sell you junk and there is absolutely no accountability. The futon is completely broken, and it was rarely used. We are out $350.00 and a trip to the dump. Don't order from a company who could care less about the quality of the product they are selling.
