I purchased an ARM computer/laptop model # 340S2 on august for my business use as a practicing physician. After the first month the DVD was working less than 50% of the time, the company told me to send it back for service, which was not an option at that time because it was needed at work.
However, within 6-month the keypad mouse broke and again customer service was unable to help me over the phone, so i hooked up a acc mouse. 18 month after purchase the computer died, and beyond the 1 year warranty. Took it to a computer shop and would cost 900 dollars to fix. So i am stuck with a worthless computer and the company says nothing they can do. I learned an expensive lesson
