I purchased a Tiny Computer in December. Their customer service was fast to answer my calls, BUT when i recieved the computer they sent me the wrong items. For exmaple: hard drive, software and more. They never resolved it after i asked to replace it.
A month later the computer began to show problems and I was EXTREMELY mad at the problems it produced. Later in time when I was familiar with computers i realized it has viruses in it, used hard drive, I called customer service and tech support but one day realized THEY LEFT CALIFORNIA! And for that I will help people with Tiny Computers.
