Ripoff Lied. Stole From My Credit Card. Never Replied To Email. Upgraded movie/music downloads liars. Advertised $29 upgrades, charged me $50.00. Full of viruses, spyware. More than a MONTH (2 requests for help/refund), no word

This company promised upgraded movie/music downloads for $29.00 then charged me $50.00. No support service as promised. I had to pay a computer service to make the software work on my PC. The program came full of viruses, spyware, and completely slowed my operating system (XP). The movie/music selections are poor and works worse than the free version of LimeWire. One MONTH after my SECOND attempted contact for help and request for refund; still no word. I have YET to hear from this company except for acknowledgement emails.
