Fraudulent billing with the use of unsolicited text messages ripoff

This company sends unsolicited text messages to your phone number. The monthly fee is $9.99. I have never visited this website or registered for a monthly ringer download.

I have tried to block this vendor from my phone text service but have not been successful. They do not respond to email requests to stop contact. And unfortunately, I don't have an address to file a written complaint with them.
